FOOD From BARBARA'S TABLE

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge December 29, 1999
3/4 cup Cocoa
3 cups sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 1/4 tablespoons butter
1 tsp Vanilla flavoring
3 tablespoons Peanut Butter
1 cup nuts
1 1/2 cups milk
| Mix cocoa, sugar, and salt in pan. Add milk
and place on heat until boiling. Stir frequently. Cook until it forms a soft ball in water. Take
off heat and add butter. Cool until lukewarm and add vanilla, peanut butter, and beat until consistency
desired amd then add nuts. Put in buttered dish. |
GOOF BALLS
1 stick melted butter
2 cups peanut butter
1 box sifted Confectionary sugar
12 oz. choc. chips
1/2 bar paraffin
4 cups Rice Krispies
| Mix melted butter, peanut butter, and
confectionary sugar. Add rice krispies, make into balls and refrigerate.
Melt in double boiler, chocolate chips and paraffin. Dip balls into chocolate mixture over low heat (use fork or toothpick). Place
on waxed paper.
